The Azure Recovery Services API reports errors for when there are problems with a Recovery Services vault. Blue Matador automatically looks for these errors and notifies you when they occur.


    Replication vault errors could signal problems with the replication of individual items in the vault, configuration issues with the vault configuration, or general outages affecting replication. They could prevent the successful failover of your system to a secondary region.



    To troubleshoot:

    • Go to Recovery Services vaults on the Azure Portal
    • Select the vault that is reported to have issues
    • Select Overview
    • Under the “Essentials” heading, click on the Site Recovery tab
    • Errors should be displayed at the bottom of that section

    Clicking on the individual errors will give you more details and sometimes provide a recommended action to resolve them.
